Project Overview:
The project was intended to strategically expand and improve the knowledge base available to digital staff and the salesforce. To this end, we scanned all bank and dash processes to design a cloud architecture with the approval of the global team. We developed dashboard prototypes and a machine learning model using random sampling.

Approach
The main challenges we encountered were the large amount of bases that needed working on and updating, coupled with the complexity of the business and the tight schedule.
Focusing on solutions and results, our team mapped processes, developed dashboard prototypes, and prepared the environment on the new structure on Azure, with the migration of bases. We initiated predictive modeling using Machine Learning and developed it using Azure technologies.
Results
Our solution was meant to make it feasible for our client to gain a more strategic and fuller view of information in order to support their sales decisions, in addition to optimizing investments to maximize sales.
