A major bank faced the challenge of efficiently managing and prioritizing the work of 18 distinct Data Analytics teams. This complex task involved integrating multiple projects, each with its demands, into a single system. The goal was to provide automated insights to senior management about backlog status, teams’ key deliveries, serviced areas, involved values, and long-term planning capacity.


To overcome these challenges, the act digital team conducted an initial mapping of the development processes of each Data Analytics team, identifying their main difficulties. Based on these insights, the team created a standardized workflow and developed an integrated solution.

The comprehensive implementation of a prioritization conveyor belt for the entire Data Analytics area represented a significant challenge for the financial institution. The project demanded a solution that could organize and provide automated insights to senior management.
