SRE

The Rally Engineering (SRE) website is an approach that combines IT software engineering with IT operations to ensure stable, scalable and highly reliable environments. Our framework is technologically agnostic and focuses on business results, promoting operational efficiency, cost reduction and greater resilience of production applications. It integrates practices such as monitoring and advanced observability, infrastructure automation, Devops and IT governance, as well as improving data driven.

More than tools, SRE promotes a cultural change: SLOS, SLIS and error budgets, post-mortems without culpabilization, stabilization of environments, and good practices throughout the organization. Throughout the incident cycle - before, during andFor - the focus is on preventing occurrences, accelerating the response and avoiding recurrences.

The result is the reduction in the number of incidents, the average resolution time (MTTR) and the repetitive operational effort (Toil), while increasing the agility, reliability and digital maturity of the company.

Move to Cloud

Move to Cloud aims to conduct a complete and strategic migration of critical applications of the on-premises to the cloud, ensuring fluid transition, minimal business interruption and reliability and performance gains. The approach begins with a detailed evaluation of the existing infrastructure and specific needs, resulting in a tailored migration plan.

The process includes from approval servers to production environments, focusing on safety, governance and alignment with global cloud practices. Our framework combines infrastructure modernization, hub-and-spoke network model, IAC (Terraform) automation, Devops/CI-CD practices and robust identity and safety policies. Migration is performed in a phase, with performance tests, integration and acceptance, as well as latency optimization. After the transition, we ensure 24x7 continuous support, technical documentation and knowledge transfer, ensuring that the organization not only adopt the cloud, but also evolves into operational maturity.

Infrastructure as Code (IAC)

The infrastructure the Code (IAC) standardizes and automates provisioning and infrastructure management through declarative code, ensuring reproducible, auditable and consistent environments from DEV to Prod. Our approach combines Earth/Pulumi, Gitops and Policy as Code (for example, OPA/Confest) to deal with changes, apply conformity guardrails and approve everything via pull Requests. We implemented reusable modules (Landing Zones, Hub-Andpoke Network, Identities, Observability, Security), Remote with Locking, Drift Detection and Correction and Integration with Secrets Management (Hashicorp Vault/Native Manager). The Pipeline CI/CD includes Plan/Apply with approval, previews by branch, and safe change strategies like Blue/Green and Canary of Infrastructure.

To ensure continuous quality and governance, we incorporate tests (unit with Terracost and Plans Validations), Safety and Compliance Scanners (TFSEC/Checkov), standard tagging, basic fine (quota policies, budgets and alerts) and health and cost dashboards.

The result is a more reliable, fast and economic multi-cloud ecosystem: minor lead time for change, reducing manual and toil errors, complete audit of changes and compliance with internal and regulatory standards-to sacrifice speed.

FinOps

Fineops is the practice that seeks the balance between costs and cloud performance, promoting continuous financial governance, elimination of waste and data -based decisions. Our solution follows the principles of FINOPS FOUNDATION, structuring the journey in three phases - informing, optimizing and operating - to increase visibility, correctly allocating costs and establishing an organizational culture aimed at efficient cloud use. This allows you to reduce spending, improve budgetary predictability and speed up response to business demands. In addition to applying the traditional FinoS Framework, we have increased our offer using artificial intelligence to raise the maturity of practice.

We use Machine Learning models to identify real -time anomalies, provide consumer variations, and automatically recommend optimization strategies such as rightthsizing, reserved instances, autoscaling and replatforming. This intelligent layer allows to anticipate cost deviations, automate infrastructure adjustments and simulate financial scenarios, increasing C Cforecasting of predictions and reducing manual effort.
