At act digital, we are committed to respect the laws and regulations of each country where we operate, as well as reinforcing the guidelines set out in our Ethics Charter
The form below is related to the whistleblowing system used within act digital. It allows any person (employee, candidate, service provider, client, etc.) to bring to the attention of the act digital's Ethics Committee a situation, behavior or risk likely to characterize an offence or violation to our Ethics Charter.
As a reminder, the information transmitted via this form will be received by all members of the act digital' Ethics Committee, which is in charge of processing the alert as soon as possible. An investigation will be set up and will take place in a confidential manner, where the anonymity of the whistleblower is guaranteed.
Once the form has been submitted, it will not be possible to modify it. If you wish to submit new information, it will be necessary to create a new alert.
According to the EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27th, 2016 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, protest, withdraw consent, portability, be subject to an automated processing decision, erasure, information, restriction and limit the processing of data concerning your person, as well as the right to communicate directives on the intent of your data after your death.
