Challenge

Understanding business needs and ensuring the design and usability (UX/UI) of digital products capable of solving those same needs. There are two priority projects:

• Platform for Randstad clients: a platform for clients to manage their talents, contracts, invoices, etc.
• Internal platform for talent management: a software where Randstad employees manage their timesheets, holidays, contracts, among other things.

Solution

The development of these platforms involved:

• Creation of wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototyping.
• Screens’ front-end development, working essentially with CSS (Cascading Style Sheet).
• Design systems’ maintenance.
